Movin', Movin', Movin'.....

Most of you already know that this is our moving week. The movers are coming this Tuesday and Wednesday. Will and I are flying home Thursday morning and after dropping us off at the airport, Matt is going to drive home with the cats. Fun stuff (thats sarcasm you hear). We actually close on our new house on Monday, but really have no clue when we are going to receive our belongings. They just told us it will be no later than Friday. Seeing as Thanksgiving is that Thursday, I am hoping we get it before that. Matt is leaving the Sunday after Thanksgiving and I want him to spend a few days in the house with us. We will see. If not, he will be home for Christmas, and he can get use to our new home then. Needless to say, we might not be updating for a little while. It will take us a few days to get internet and all that stuff. Wish us luck. Little Rock, here we come!

NO MORE CAST!!!!!!!

Will got his cast off on Monday. It was quite the traumatic experience. Having some strange woman coming at me with a very loud, very scary circular saw would scare me to death too! But when it was over, we were very happy to have it off (and to leave the doctors, as well. He isn't the biggest fan of the doctor's office). The doc said that it healed perfectly and he shouldn't have any problems with it from now on. It took Will a while to use his leg, though. I had to bribe him to start crawling, but once he got started, he was back to normal pretty quickly. He is still walking on his tip-toes when he is walking along the furniture. I think it has been in the same position in the cast for so long, it 's the norm now. Hopefully, the more he uses it, the more he will start trusting it. Its sad how it looked when the cast came off. It was smaller than the other leg and the skin was all scaly. After a bath and some lotion, the skin looks a lot better. The size should get bigger the more he uses it and builds up the muscle. We are all just happy to be rid of it and hopefully we can get back to trying to walk in the very near future.
